For years, Andrew Shearman has been dreaming about starting a leadership training center in Spain. This spring, the dream comes to life (read about it here).

I think that it's going to be awesome and am throwing my energies into making it happen.

Andrew himself will be pouring his time and energy into getting it going. He's a man that thousands try to get near and learn from. Yet, the training center is designed for small groups of people.

Most of the learning at the G-42 training center occurs in intimate, real-life settings - places like the kitchen table, where Andrew says that some of our best human interactinons happen.
