I was picking ticks off of Whimsy tonight.  Three small ones and two that had begun to grow. It was gross, but had to be done.

Little things, unexposed to light can become big problems.

Pornography, while seemingly victimless, can turn you into a monster like Ted Bundy (who killed 35 young women).

Small lies turned Bernie Madoff into the biggest thief in history.

Doubt untempered by faith can turn into you an old codger.

We all hate injustice, but your unforgiveness can crystallize into an icy bitterness that leaves you joyless.

The other day I let a bad attitude go on too long. I don't know where it came from, but it was selfish and impacted the people around me.

What are the little things in your life that, like ticks, are sucking your life blood? Isn't it time you dealt with them?
