Here are some ideas from my board of directors, all of whom are in the workplace:

Stu: Has an in-depth discipleship study that he takes his employees thru.

Steve: Leaves clues as to his faith scattered around his office. Makes it clear with employees and customers what his moral standards are.

Roger: Formed an intercessor group that met for an hour before work to pray.

Liza: As the resident director at a university, she is responsible for 200 women. She intensively disciples eight, but is available to all 200.
